Corn Sauté

The corn from Wayward Seed has been truly awesome. SO good. I made a corn sauté from this month's Bon Appetit with some of it, and it turned out great. D really loved it, so I've been making it a lot. One great thing is that it's really versatile - you can basically put any herbs in it that you want. Last time I didn't feel like traipsing out to the garden in the dark, so I used mostly dried, and it still turned out great.

Summer Corn Sauté with Tons of Herbs

I cut down on the butter, added some powdered cumin and omitted the tarragon. I used dried dill instead of fresh.

YUM!
